Students had a successful day in Colby at the CDEs! We competed in horse judging and floriculture. Results are as follows:
Senior Team Horse Judgjng- 1st place
Sienna Baehler- 2nd individually
Sarah Nemechek- 5th individually
Katelynn Hill- 20th individually
Floriculture Team placed 6th for their first time! Fantastic job ladies!

Candy Flores WON the $1000 scholarship for her digital portrait in the
KNEA Student Voice Campaign on Social Justice!
Candy's artwork has been turned into a large banner and will be featured on the outside of theKNEA headquarters in Topeka, KS. Candy was honored in Wichita this weekend for her artwork. We enjoyed a fancy dinner and ceremony Friday night and she was honored again Saturday morning at the KNEA conference featuring all the delegates from the state of Kansas. We were able to pick up a double header this next week for our baseball team. We will play Hays TMP here in Goodland on Thursday. First pitch will be at 3:00 mst.
