Senior JAG-K president Isaiah Douglass presented what the JAG-K program is and what the organization does throughout the year to the board of education this evening.

Even though Ulysses cancelled travel and there will be NO GAMES tonight, the SnoBall dance will go on as scheduled 9-11pm in the Hs gym. We’ll have the dance without royalty being crowned, but we want to be able to celebrate all of our students in front of our community at a later date!
Ulysses will not be able to travel to Goodland tonight due to the snow storm they had in southwest Kansas yesterday. Therefore, we are forced to postpone our game vs. Ulysses tonight (Saturday) here at Goodland. A make-up date will be announced at later time.

With recent wins over Salina Central and Wellington, our GHS eSports team is now ranked 29th out of 115 in the state of Kansas (all classes) 🎮
These GHS students traveled to the first inaugural GWAC leadership council meeting today in Scott City! Led by Joe Coles, this group of will meet with other students in their grade to learn how to better impact their teams and school culture by being intentional about the their own leadership.

Tomorrow, January 6th, will be our first day back to school! We will follow a normal "first day of the week schedule", with club meetings taking place in the morning during the FLEX time. Students who are not in any club can find one that interests them, or they can be in the HS gym during that time! Let's have a great first week back!
