Congratulations to our Knowledge Bowl team for qualifying for FCCLA Nationals! These students will get to go to Washington DC this summer and compete with teams from all over the nation! The FCCLA/LifeSmarts Knowledge Bowl is a team competition that tests FCCLA members' knowledge in Personal Finance, Consumer Rights & Responsibilities, Technology, Nutrition, and much more!
Mr. Soleto has been gamifying his math classroom with some Kahoot review! It helps him assess student mastery while offering a way for students to have some fun enhancing their math skills!

Schedule for the High School Basketball Jamboree on Tuesday the 2nd. All scrimmages begin at 3:30 Mountain Time.
Four of our GHS band students (Brylie Ganoung, Layla Johnston, Taylor Sanderson, and Sienna Baehler) auditioned and were selected to attend the NWKMEA District Honor Band this year! They competed against hundreds of students in Northwest Kansas, and will rehearse and perform a concert this Saturday, December 6th at FHSU!

High School Basketball Sports Drink Scrimmage today. Girls start at 5 PM, and Boys begin at 6:30 PM.
Our high school students had the opportunity to show off some of their math skills at the Math Relays competition at Fort Hays State University on November 13th. This is a day where students from all over Kansas take different math tests all morning. Students compete against other students in their grade level – sitting in a room with over 500 students taking a math test can be pretty intimidating! ALL of our students performed well and we had several students place in the top 10! Miss Vignery, the math department, and GHS are looking forward to our future at Math Relays!!!!!
