🎺BIG NEWS! 🎺 We are thrilled to share that we've been awarded a $10,000 grant to fuel our next steps as a Goodland band! We couldn't be more excited for the doors this will open for the over 150 band students under Mr. Whisenants direction!

The Foundations of Early Childhood Development class finished their unit on toddler development last week and put what they learned into action! The students planned a day that included activities focused on gross and fine motor skills, and puppet shows highlighting social and emotional development, and then invited a couple of toddlers from the community to come have some fun!
BREAKING NEWS! All 12 students that auditioned on Sat. Nov. 2 at Hays High School were selected for the NW KMEA Honor Choir! What an accomplishment!

Goodland hosted the first wrestling event of the season today in the Max Jones Field House. The day consisted of 715 total matches which was ran off on six mats in about eight hours. Thank you to all who ran scoring tables and officiated. Also to Aaron and Steve Duell for all you do to make our wrestling events run so smooth. Thank you to all off the parents who jumped in with no notice and ran our concession stand as well. It truly takes a village and Goodland is the best village for sure!! Go Cowboys and Cowgirls!!1

Jayslin Gabel is state bound! She placed 14th at regionals and the rest of the XC team ran great and finished their season strong! 🏃🏼♀️
The Cowboys will be the 11th seed in the West next week in the first round of the KSHSAA playoffs and will travel to Hesston for the first round. Kick off will be at 6:00 mst. Go Cowboys!!!
