✅ First Nine Weeks!
As we wrap up the first nine weeks of the school year, I want to quickly express my gratitude for our incredible school community. From our students to our staff and teachers, we know that every day is never perfect, but we strive to improve every single day! Our senior class started this year with a “senior sunrise” and have already done an incredible job leaving their impact on the other grades in our building. I am so appreciative of how they interact with my own three kiddos, who are one of the many “little eyes” watching their every move, from inside our building to the court and field. We are fortunate to have so many great role models who give their time and energy making connections with the next generation of Cowboys and Cowgirls! I look forward to what the next quarter brings and the many exciting opportunities we are planning for our students in the coming weeks.
Thank you for your ongoing support of GJSH. Goodland continues to be a special place to learn and grow!

- The 4th place finish for Addison Owens is the best by any Cowgirl since the program was reinstated!
-She took the GWAC player of the year to 3 sets to advance in the main bracket and send herself to state for the second year in a row.

💉 REMINDER! We will have our annual student Flu Shot Clinic, Wednesday, October 16th, in cooperation with the SCHD. You can pick up a consent form from any school or get one off the Health Department website. If you choose to participate please have these forms back to your child’s school by Monday, October 14th
FYI: GJSH, along with several law enforcement entities, will be running several drills on our campus today. There will be an increased presence of drug dogs, personnel, and vehicles from the hours of 9:00 am- 10:30 am. We appreciate the continued cooperation as we work to create a safer campus.
