7th grader James Swanson was crowned the winner of the Spelling Bee today! 2nd place was his sister Sarah Swanson. Anna Woodgate took home 3rd.

Great day for some JH girls wrestling in the Max!

Thank you to Coach Gillespie and the JH Cheer Squad for spending their day supporting our girls and towel tapping for the JH Cowgirl Invitational!!

Just under 200 female wrestlers wrestling in the first annual Middle School Cowgirl Invitational today. The fastest growing sport in the country for sure. Thank you to all who have supported kid and helped make this happen!

ICYMI, our fearless math teacher Karisma Vignery was nominated to represent USD 352 for the Kansas Teacher Horizon Award! This nomination showcases young teachers who have completed their first full year of teaching. She is a tremendous math teacher! Congrats!
Congratulations to the USD 352 Kansas Teacher of the Year nominees! Marissa Doll teaches 2nd grade at West Elementary and Raquel Coon teaches JH Science here at GJSH. Both make a huge impact on the lives of our students every day!
