On April 17th, Jade Artzer attended the Kansas E-Challenge hosted by Kansas State University. She was one of about 20 competitors (in the HS division) that was accepted and invited to attend the competition with her business, Made by Jade.
Jade presented to a small panel of judges in the preliminaries and was selected for the finals. She then presented to the entire panel of judges and was selected as the 3rd place winner. With that comes a $2,500 prize!
Next Monday, April 24th, Jade will be headed to Fort Hays State University to compete in the State Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge, sponsored by Network Kansas. She will have another opportunity to win a cash prize that will be used to help grow her business.
